Hi, I’m Kelly

UX designer by day, craft beer enthusiast by night.

When I’m not at a local brewery or traveling to discover new beers, I am a NJ/NYC based design leader with a passion for creating delightful and engaging experiences for users. My expertise ranges from being a certified LUMA Design Thinking Facilitator to User Research, Human Centered Design and innovative strategic thinking. I’m passionate about understanding the users we are designing for and finding meaningful solutions to complex problems.

UX Management

Building community and culture within teams is something I am very excited about. I love interviewing potential members of the team and learning about the who behind the people that create the what. Mentoring and providing career guidance to interns and full time employees has been such a fulfilling part of my career.

LUMA Design Thinking Facilitator

As a certified LUMA DT Facilitator, I have experience leading design-led thinking sessions for many different clients, stakeholders, and executive workshops both virtually and in person. I’m also a trainer for internal employees on their journey to design thinking facilitation as well.

M.S. User Experience and User Interaction Design 

I have my Masters of Science in UX/UI Design from Philadelphia University. With a background in arts management, I have been able to marry my passion for creativity with a tactical approach to solving unique problems for users across interfaces, applications, and enterprise software.
